朝霧が立ちこめる山の斜面で、完熟したゲイシャが静かに実を結びます。
お茶栽培で培った発酵と乾燥の技術を活かし、
丁寧に手摘みされたチェリーは果肉を残したまま時間をかけて乾燥。
果実本来の甘みと香りがそのまま豆に閉じ込められます。

カップから立ち上がるのは、ライチやパッションフルーツのようなトロピカルな香り。
ベリーやグレープを思わせるジューシーな果実感、
メープルシロップのような甘さとともに、清らかな余韻が長く続きます。

Taiwan Ching Ye Coffee Estate / Geisha Natural

Located at an elevation of approximately 1,100 meters in the Ruili area of Meishan Township, at the foothills of Alishan, this coffee is grown on mist-covered mountain slopes where morning fog gently blankets the land. Here, fully ripened Geisha cherries mature slowly and quietly.

Drawing on fermentation and drying techniques refined through generations of tea cultivation, each cherry is carefully hand-picked and slowly dried with the fruit intact using the natural process. This meticulous approach preserves the coffee’s inherent sweetness and aromatic complexity, sealing the essence of the fruit deep within the bean.

From the cup rises a vibrant tropical aroma reminiscent of lychee and passion fruit. Juicy notes of berry and grape unfold on the palate, followed by a maple syrup–like sweetness and a long, clean, and elegant finish.

This exceptional Geisha beautifully expresses a new vision of Asian specialty coffee.
